Shipments must be properly packed (items in plastic bags cannot be accepted), with precise address and phone number of the recipient provided.
The improperly packed goods and parcels can be packed on-site at an additional cost - 2 pounds per shipment.

Your shipment can be picked up from your address in London on preliminary request.
The term for delivery to the recipient in Bulgaria is 7 working days from the date of departure from London.

The minimum price for transport of luggage or shipment from London to Bulgaria and back is 10 pounds.
For items over 5 kg. - price per kilogram.
For large quantities - price by negotiation.

Price per europallet - 190 pounds.
Price for large, but lightweight items and items with irregular shapes - negotiable.
Price for transport of cars - 550 pounds.
Price for transport of motorbikes - from 80 to 240 pounds, depending on the size of the bike.

Collection / delivery within London - 10 pounds.
Collection / delivery outside London - negotiable.

Perishable goods and food are transported at the customer's responsibility.
Prohibited goods - alcohol, tobacco, narcotic and intoxicating substances, animals, etc. in violation of the law.
